I ended my Ramadhan with a blessing. Syukur
I started all my Hari raya preparations late this year. I have to keep up with both work & home ; to keep my boss at work happy & my"boss" at home happy too. Easy for those who don't do or don't even know how to do house chores. haha. I'm a pure woman of time, catching my career but still holding my woman values. I do not want to end up just a pretty face but I want to be a boss favourite & a wifey material too.. Lucky you Baby Love.. hehe
Well as soon as I started my leave, I started to place my legs 24/7 in the kitchen. Baking was a hobby to me but it's more of the cleaning up which was the chores. (penat siak!)
I started gathering all my ingredients to make 'everyone's favourite' choc chip cookies. 2 types of Choc chips cookies this year. Using the family inherited recipe & my newly designed recipe. Both taste varies but both stands out. Yummy & delicious. It was a blessing that I was not fasting due to the usual woman issues and so I had my fair share of tasting my cookies. hehehe

Next I was doing the intricate & detail Makmur. You really need to be careful to create this. It need a LOT of patience.
half hour and only 5 makmurs only!!!
Finally it was done. It took me half day to finish these! Have put aside some with no sugar as mum is diabetic. i don't advise her to eat this alot. How thoughtful ogf me.
And finally was the Kuih Tart. 1 whole day to do for you people. Next time don't order from me k..No pics was taken for the final results as I was too tired and fyi, I can't even stand after making these. Staright to sleep.
Well even though I made my own cookies I still couldnt help receiving a lot more from my love ones.

After getting all the kuihs ready , it was time to clean up the entire house. Well thanks to Pipi who did most of it.. I was too damn tired to help.. hehe
And on Friday, there started the whole choas. Cooking all the Hari Raya food. 5 types of dishes in one night.. Sigh.. How I wish I could enforce helping hands.
All in all, we manage to finish everything by 6pm. So in time for takbir. Although I started late, all my days was well organized, so, no problem.
